I hold a bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the University of Cincinnati and an MBA from Florida State University.

    My journey includes a variety of problem solving, process automations, system integrations and working with diverse business needs. From custom application development in languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, and Ruby to utilizing a variety of software including Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday CRM, Zapier, Salesloft, and many more.

  • Born in Venezuela and having moved to the United States, I am proudly embodying the American Dream. Never taking opportunity for granted, I began my career in Sales. Whether it's knocking doors or cold calling prospects, to managing a pipeline in the SaaS space, I’ve always maintained the core belief that having a humble attitude and the desire to learn are essential in personal and professional development. 

    Throughout my career, I've realized the importance of having the right people, process, and systems. As an end user to multiple CRMs, I quickly became engrossed in the power of data, and the value of making data driven decisions. As a technical hobbyist with a sales-minded background, I found my passion in RevOps. Having earned multiple Salesforce Certifications, I’ve developed my skill set in the start-up and consultancy space.
